The yearly rankings for language service providers (LSPs) are in, and we at Crestec are proud to make a showing as one of the top 100 companies in the world by revenue.
2020 was a tumultuous year for everyone, and the language services industry saw both losses and growth across a number of dimensions. Some smaller LSPs were negatively impacted due to the challenges faced by related industries. Many saw their revenue hovering at their 2019 levels, while others in these rankings saw an increase in growth.
The Nimdzi 100 ranking is a valuable tool for keeping track of growth in the language industry and the performance of key service performers. This year, Crestec ranked 51 in the Nimdzi 100. LSPs in the top 50 grew by 6.4%, with others in the top 100 seeing growth of 10% compared to last year.

The Slator 2021 Language Service Provider Index (LSPI) provides a ranking of the largest companies in the language services industry. As with other rankings, listed LSPs mostly maintained revenues flush with the previous year’s levels, though there was welcome growth in the industry as a whole. In this edition of the index, Crestec appears at number 38.
